TWIN PARADOX PRODUCTS |
|
FALL'S HERE Pumpkin cheesecake and pecan tartlets daily. Organic fresh-pressed cider and eggnog coming soon.

| In the mood for something a
little different? Try one of our coffee cocktails. Nicole
recommends the Atom Splitter: espresso and coconut cream on ice.
Sandra's fave is the Quantum Cup: sweetened condensed milk layered with
espresso and foamed milk. Jacob will point you toward the WHAM!, a
Pixie Mate Latte with ristretto shots.
A little too different for your taste? Don't worry, we can still make an espresso, cappuccino, latte or whatever else your heart desires. |
| Twin Paradox is proud to
serve Portland Roasting
coffee. Through their Farm Friendly Direct program, they work with
the farmers to meet quality standards and pay a premium for the green
beans, in addition to community projects, such as water purification or
building a schoolhouse. The recently introduced ecotainer
and composting program are just two more things Portland Roasting is doing
to provide a quality product in a sustainable manner.
Quality and sustainability are two reasons we love Sunshine Dairy as well. All their milk is cold pasteurized and rBST-free. The Tao of Tea has been serving exceptional loose-leaf teas since 1997 and currently has one of the largest certified organic tea selections in the US. Bagels are delivered fresh from Kettleman's each morning and savory tarts, such as Vegan Moroccan Vegetable and Ham, Carmelized Onion & Swiss, are made by Little Pots and Pans. Everything else is baked with love on site. You'll satisfy your craving with cinnamon rolls and scones, carrot cake and cheesecake, biscotti and breads. Look for special seasonal items, like strawberry shortcake, peach cobbler or zucchini muffins. While more of a coffeehouse than a cafe, we do offer a couple of non-sweet eats, like hot Cream of Wheat or an organic mixed green salad, along with a full case of Odwalla juices. We're happy to provide coffee or pastry catering or whole cakes. Please call for more information and pricing. |
